Rays of Sunlight are considered as the Natural Healing and the best source of Vitamin D. In response to exposure of ultraviolet radiation from Natural Sunlight the skin produces Vitamin D which is the most important nutrient for the health. The production of Vitamin D in our body starts as soon as the rays of Sunlight touches the skin.

If we need to have Vitamin D artificially than we would have to take ten big glasses of Vitamin D fortified milk each day to adjust the minimum levels of Vitamin D in diet. If there is a chronic Vitamin D deficiency in our body than we would have to consume Vitamin D supplements for at least a month with sunlight exposure to rebuild body's bones and nervous system.

Diseases like Osteoporosis, Prostate Cancer, Breast Cancer, Ovarian Cancer, Depression, Colon Cancer, Schizophrenia, Rickets etc. are the results of Vitamin D deficiency. Also, Vitamin D deficiency exacerbate type II diabetes and impair insulin production in pancreas. Obesity also impairs Vitamin D utilisation in the body.
